hi all

just a quickie, have just dug a set of these out i've had for ages, no instructions

What are the 'L' and 'W' settings for ? and which to use for basic OCF ?

I am guessing that it is L for zoom & W for wide ange,but i could be wrong.:)

Could be mate ? but can't see how that would be relevant, as the receiver doesn't control the flash at all other than firing it.

The receiver detects both Light level changes and Wireless signals. So when using the wireless trigger use the W setting, if you are using the flash as a slave triggered by another flash then set it to L
