Just spotted that the YN-565EX has been added to the new section of the EU site - here.

Perhaps we're actually getting close to a release.
 
is this out yet ? i think it will be the perfect flash for me !
 
Looks good, you have to laugh at the description though at the beginning -
SUPPORT FOR ninkon's and canon's.

What's a ninkon? :LOL:
 
Has anyone any experience of using one of these? was looking at them myself but unsure, tried a Nissin and it was bad, not the 866 but the lower model, the zoom sounded like a tank using the wrong fuel :(
 
ive got the 468 and yes the zoom does not sound healthy ! lol BUT its a good flash for the price !! even the basic 430 does the job,

Sorry but you need to check your eye sight :LOL::LOL: but it does look a bit like a Canon 430 EX II :)

Ok so it doesn't have a wheel but its more powerfull, has an external power socket, bigger screen & a flash bounce card built in, so its nothing like a 430EXII other then neither have a wheel.

Eyes tested much ? if it was like a 430EX would be cool as its teeny tiny compared to the 580 :) fit more in ya bag :p
