He doesn't move off his cage unfortunatley so the bars in background are un-changable :(
 
they've got really expressive faces. I think I'd have preferred to see a bit more of him though :)
 
I don't usually comment on captive bird shots but I do like that one. Very quirky and to me it captures the character of the bird. Nice and sharp too.(y)(y)

The pose for me works well, I like that fact that not all of him is in shot. Almost like he is cheekily peeking around the corner to see what is going on.

Dod, I do prefer full shots of him too, especially with his tail cos it adds colour to his general greyness :LOL:
I still aim everytime, to get a full body shot but he doesn't pose, I will continue throught the many years he'll live to one day get a good full body shot :LOL:
