they are popular with guys who have been "banned" because of too much of the "red stuff" - walk out of court - down to a dealer and jump in an Axim .. the more responsible dealers ask you to drive down the road in it for 100 metres as a test to make sure you are competent
lots of the older versions seen parked outside the local bars
