youtube just saved me £120

My iphone was broken, it was like the home button was continually depressed ( - needed to get it some diazepam ) my voice control kept turning on, I couldn't get any sound from the volume control. Nightmare.

Was just about to book it in for a repair and pay £120 for it, when a little search on youtube solved it in a few seconds.

the iphones are quite easy to take apart, the screens are user repairable with kits off ebay

You could also re-calibrate the home button aswell

Youtube is brilliant for diy type things you can learn so much and at the same time save lots of dollar self repairing things I learned how to replace my power socket on my laptop bit of soldering but saved myself 100 quid.
