Oddly, we are sort of celebrating today, a practice run if you like. Elder daughter is here with grandson until tomorrow, so we [ok, read 'me', they have buggered off out for the afternoon to take the boy to see a London Santa] are doing a 'christmas' dinner and some gift swapping. So, happy winter solstice to us
