Zoom browser Cr2 files

Hi

Just Changed over to 50D, although zoom browser can view the cr2 files, as soon as I high light a file and go to process, it comes up with...These raw images are not supported by Raw image task......... I have install latest zB. I can process with DPP. Any help please. :shrug:
 
It's possible that some component of ZoomBrowser isn't working for some reason.Try the following.

Uninstall ZoomBrowser.
ReInstall it from the systems disk that came with the 50D

Does it work now?

If so try reinstalling the latest version.

It may be some codec or similar item is not included with the download, and is expected to be already installed via the original disk

I had tried up dates, installing the disk that came with 50D, but still not working, thanks anyway.
