Nice shot - great colours, and good framing!
Only minor problem in my opinion is that the DoF is a tad too shallow - the front of the face/head(/whatever it's called on a ladybird!) is in focus, but even just the mouth is then out of focus.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid that macro is not my area of expertise ['tho I really like the shots] so I can't actually give you any advice on technique to improve that!
