I'm looking at buying a Nikon D5300 and will only be using it in raw, I have just read this in a review and feel confused,
"Continuous-shooting performance matches the D5200 at 5.1fps for unlimited JPEGs, and the raw burst remains a still-disappointing six frames for a reasonable 4.7fps."
Can...
I am planning to buy either a Nikon D5200 or D5300 in the next few days, I'm just wondering if anyone can suggest a zoom lens that goes upto 400mm that I could purchase for use with the new camera. I would if possible like something with built in image stabilization. I have a 70-300mm lens I use...
Thanks for the reply's I'm thinking now about getting the D5200 or D5300 rather than a D7100, just a final question if I stick a teleconverter on a Nikon body with no built in motor would everything still work as usual or would the converter cause any problems.

This one was taken at 1/400 iso200 F11,
This is the same shot just had the white balance kept as it was recorded the top version...
Had a day out at Bruntingthorpe on Saturday for the LPG Twlight run and the following photo shoot in front of there Q shed, as ever a decent day out and I'm a lot more happy with the photos I have ended up with this year than last year. These have all been taken on my Nikon D40.
Thanks Bernine, think the saturation is something im going wrong with on pp, to much colour booster still maybe. I'm going to have to stop using it and find another way to add more brightness into the shots in pp.
