If you're going to all that effort then I'd personally do a fresh install of Windows 10. You have to upgrade to 10 first, then do a clean install but the results are a lot better.

Have a look on flickr and do a search for a couple of compact cameras and see what people achieve.
I have a Canon S110 and if I search for that, then go to groups it shows me all the pictures taken with that model and there are some brilliant ones...

As Susie says, plus keyword tags don't carry any positive effect, they're outdated.
Position in the search engines is based on Titles, Headings, Content and Inbound Links. The only effect keyword tags can have is negative, if you spam them, also you can use them to trick your naive competitors...

By shooting in Aperture priority but right at the limits (needing 30 secs) it's underexposed. Try at f14 and it should come out better or alternatively shoot in Tv
Looks underexposed to me. The church looks like its sides are illuminated so I would expect them, on a correctly exposed shot, to really stand out against the outline of the trees.
