Hi All.
I've been wanting to have a go at a low key self portrait shot for a while now. I managed to get some time earlier this week to have a go and it ended up with me shooting the entire family. Thoughts and pointers will be greatfuly received.

John, that link is a huge help, thank you. I dont think my original image has enough colour range to achieve what my eyes are expecting to see. I'll post it up later on today for comparison.
I'm looking for comments & feedback on this black and white conversion of the Victorian Clock at East Park, Wolverhampton. This is only the second image I've attempted to convert to black and white and I'm not sure that it feels 100% right.

Tell me about it. There were 99 images on my camera and I only managed to get 13 "keepers" out of them, 3 of which were already on there before I started.
Thanks Bryn. I know what you mean, I was only going out there for 10 minutes for a quick test but ended up spending a couple of hours rooting around for as much to shoot as possible.
