Thanks guys. Appreciate the feedback. Yeah, I was going to crop number 4, but never really got a chance to. I got over 300 odd shots, and havent bought myself round to editing/cropping any of them yet, only a few.

So recently went down to Newquay on a uni surf trip and decided to take some pictures. This is the first time I've ever shot any surfing type of pics, but I thought I'd just post a few!

I really wish I'd got #4 in focus, it was a very last minute shot, but I just love the colours.

I ended up going for a 70-300mm AF. So will see how it goes with that! If I get any good shots I'll let you know! Fingers crossed I do get some good shots!!

Hi! So, I have a Nikon D80, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of where I could buy a decent lens -and what lens at that- for taking some shots of surfing?! Would love to get some shots to promote our uni surf team, any advice would be great! Thanks
