Volume set at 2. I did wonder if the beep was tied to the release button, that's why I asked here, can't think of any reason why/how it should be though.

Camera is set to AF-S and beep to on. Beep work fine if set to shutter focus + release.

Why can't I get a focus beep when using back button focus.

Not too worried about all of that Bazza, this was a personal thing for a friend. Just thought there maybe some software that allows sound levels to be increased and saved.

Took a video of a live music performance and unfortunately the sound level was set far too low. Is there anything I can do to bring it up a more normal level before posting to youtube. Jeff

Anyone here use the Audacity software for editing audio. I have a sound recording of a live music show which I have edited down from two hours to one, but it is just one file. I'm being asked if I can split the tracks up, anyone here that can advise. Jeff
