    Graphi wedding album price

Hi, I've used Loxley and Graphi. I have to admit that my first experience of Loxley was not great but that was due to my inexperience and lack of research, but in the end I used Graphi for albums and Loxley for all my printing. I did find Graphi a little more expensive but I'm afraid I've now...

    Shooting Sunsets?

Not sure I'm knowledgeable enough to give advice on the subject, but I have found that taking a sunset shot in a clear sky is the most difficult to get a good result from - for me anyway. Some of the best I've managed to get have been by chance and with clouds so the sinking sunlight bounces...

    Sunset Eagles

A very well taken opportunity few have, excellent. 1 and 4 for me (although all are well taken). Think there is a little more 'connection' with the plane in one and the processing in 4 just makes it stand out - maybe even a little 'menacing'

What's the point in a battery grip?

Battery grips may not be for everyone, and everything that as been said before is probably true, including buying them for 'posing' - but when I go out on a job I want the get out of jail card of knowing that if everything else fails I can bang in a set of AAs and carry on!! These days without...

    Snatched Sunset shot

I haven't posted on here for a while, but thought I would just share this. I get this when leaving a local pre-season friendly game that my son was playing in. I'm not a big Land(sky)scape photographer and this would have to rank as one of my better ones. Not done a lot to it - I would like to...

Weston Park Classic Car Show - It rained. And Rained. And. Um. It rained.

Think I would agree with the above! But I don't think the day helped you, they all look a bit dull and I'm no expert in PP to say if they could be 'popped'. They seem sharp enough to me, but the angle and the 'static' look is not to my personal taste. Afraid the angle of the first few really...

    Mk1 Ford Fiesta

Nice, although I think the backgrounds 3 and 5 are a little busy for my liking and I think I would have waited until the other vehicle had disappeared 4 before taking it - and I think I would have been tempted to angle the car a little bit more into the image and move round to miss out...

    Ruby tailed wasp

It's a stunning single shot. Not sure if this is correct protocol, but wondered if you should share your setup and settings - the detail is just superb

    Ospreys in Aviemore

Hi Gordon, some great shots on the facebook page, may I ask how, or if, you can book with you. I'm not done a great deal of bird stuff, but would love to have a crack at such wonderful creatures - and I'm looking for something a little different for a week I've got off in July/August? Cheers Kev

    RAW to JPEG Batch Converter

Just to add to the above, you can select a number of images and batch process them in Adobe Bridge, applying the same adjustments to each image at the same time, and then save to JPeg in any size, to any location!

    Isle of Man TT

Nice shots, been watch this on the box, I should think it can be difficult getting in really good positions, being a road circuit (shame about the bin in the background, or what ever it is, in the last three) - Hope Guy Martin gets a win this year!

    Golden eagle.

Excellent shot, looks like it's a popular place

Opinions needed - I'm not sure!

I like these, and I think it is as new2me said and what it is you are trying to achieve. It may be my screen but the beaks in 2 and 3 look a little soft, I’d have like to see both the eye and beak in focus and would agree on the lighting on the left, as a little touch more light in the...
