If you don't mind I would prefer something like this keeping colour (and also light quality) on the nose and around lips in one tone. 1 min edit in PS. Hopefully can be also done by tweaking the lights angle, flagging or whatever other means.

I use barn doors and grids at the moment, I will watch for this.
I have to admit, I like the extra colour, but I can see why it would not be to everyones taste.
