South-East England Brighton/Sussex

[Uxon]

Staying at my family's place in Brighton for a while and as it's supposed to be dry for a few days this week I'm hoping to take the camera out. Only problem is I'm not really sure where to go, unfortunately I don't have a car so I'm hoping there's somewhere interesting I can go via bus/train, particularly interested if anyone knows of some good bird spotting areas in Sussex.

WWT at Arundel. I think the 700 bus goes from Pool Valley.

RSPB in Pulborough, may take a while getting there on public transport but should be wor it. If not head up onto the hills.

nudist beach in brighton, though it may be the wrong season for the best birds.

on the other hand we will just past there at the end of the railway by the marina in the morning doing and adventure race, mtb, kayak and run

I reckon the most interesting subjects (assuming you've shot the pier to death) are:

Rottingdean Windmill looks pretty darn cool, especially if you fancy a spot of astrophotography
The various graffiti spots around the town
Brighton Museum & Art Gallery
Royal Pavilion
Colourful beach huts
