Clouds in the wind

Heres one i took just 15 mins ago before the grey clouds took over the sky i placed my ND 8 in front of my lens and snapped away this was one of the best i captured but i really would like to improve could you kindly share tips on shooting clouds thanks.

Not a bad sky picture, but does nothing for me.

i'm a beginner myself, but i would step down the aperture to create a lot slower shutter speed and add some kind of foreground interest

It makes a nice sky to be used in a photo where you've got a naff sky in the future but other than that it's not really doing anything for me at all
