Hi, I just found very interesting shop (www.kvcameras.com) with photographic equipment. Problem with this website is that all stuff there is 30% cheaper than in other shops. Website was created about 1,5 month ago and I can't find any reviews about it and it looks like one big FAKE... maybe someone on this forum had expirence with this shop or with similar situation.

they have said the webite has been online for four years! and it has an address in central london.. maybe someone can pop over and see if they are their.

Also, some of the language isnt the greatest English..... nors mine really :)

Well remember the old saying "If it's too good to be true then it probably is"

However it does have an address:

KVcameras
Customer Service Dept.,
St. Helens Pl,
City of London, EC3A, UK

So if any member lives near there perhaps they can have a check.

.

All our items are shipped from our warehouse in London on the same day once the payment is received. Our prices are around 30% less than original shop prices because we are registered in Off Shore zone so we don’t need to pay taxes and VAT for government.

Yeah right

£1339 for a D700 and a DX lens? Hmmm.

Also, every item seems to be 'in stock' would be pretty suprising at those prices. :|

Registered with and hosted by the Scammers friend - Godaddy.com looks like another DXDigital, avoid.

Their phone no is not even a central London number
+442081339839
And that rubbish about being registered off-shore...

Numerous grammatical/spelling/formatting errors.

References to 'No Sales Tax'... We tend to call it VAT in the UK....

Half a post code.

The address appears to be 'serviced' virtual offices.

What does this mean? "Registered in England and Wales at Jam"

Oh dear oh dear...

If there is jam involved, I don't care if its a scam, I'm in!

I keep getting e-mails for a site called..originalsell.com...very similiar.

There was a news item on Radio 4 earlier today, the people behind the "four tips for a flat belly" adverts all over the web have around 97 sham websites and have netted....wait for it.......£25,000,000....jeez.. suckers a plenty out there.

The free 5 year warranty simply adds to the strong smell of fish!

That is what Camera Box offer (who I believe are legit)...

Everything is pulled from the CB website.

Hello - Goodbye!
