Hello!

Literally just introduced myself in the Welcome forum so I thought to accompany that post I would put up an image I took just 8 hours ago!

I was shooting some headshots for an Actor who also turned out to have done some modelling so I mixed things up a little bit and tried to get a kind of...stylised commercial portrait...thing!

All natural light with a reflector so far away I don't think it was making a difference!

All criticisms, brutal or constructive are welcome!

I think you have both done a good job with that!

You have retained colour in the sky, got some shape into the pose without it looking forced, found a solution for what to do with his hands, with decent lighting and nice processing and the model has got that kind of noncholant cool fashiony look look going on without taking it as far as looking totally bored or gormless.
 
Thank you both. I didn't think the image suited a mono conversion but thanks for the suggestion!
