It's been on offer for a few weeks now. I bought mine at that price on the 21st of May. Probably annoying the heck out of eBay sellers who still have them up for over a grand.

yes but people still buy from ebay ( auctions particularly ) without checking prices from uk shops.
I know - I have sold a few like that.
