off camers flash

Got a 1.2 mtre off camers TTL flash lead but found it was to short
So went out looking for a longer lead today and was told to try a pro remote control made by Hahnel
but found i lost the use of TTL and had to go manual on the flash
has any one try this on here ? and what did you think of it
can any one tell me the best place to get a longer off camer lead with TTL on it
as may take it back

Just get 2 and hook them up. Also if its a coiled one give it a good stretch out.

Okay. I was going to suggest the older TTL cord fitting but TBH, the SC-28 type one that I've linked to is probably the best. I use a 3m version and have never had issues with it. It's handy when you just want to quickly take a flash off camera without setting up triggers or the CLS system

I got a coiled cord from 7dayshop and chopped it in half and wired in two ethernet sockets (maplin ), I now can extend the distance using ethernet cables, I have used a 10m one no problem.
