They're top shots.
I went there a few years ago and stayed two days..B&B.. but my 100-400mm lens on a 7D11 didn't give me enough reach from the hide. Another photogrpaher in the hide had a 600mm lens with a 2X extender and was struggling. I settled for watching them with bins. A warden told me that the nest (which I watch on the live webcam) was 280m away and none ever came near. I was in the hide from 8.30am to 7.00pm.It was a three hour drive from home. A Spoonbill turned up to the great excitement of the others in the hide.

@JohnC6 - same - I spent a day at the reservoir and the birds were the other side - so so far away! However, there's a small hide at a fishery that gives you some really good chances to get closer shots - https://www.rivergwashtroutfarm.co.uk/horn-mill-osprey-hide/ would really recommend (if that's allowed in the rules!)

Wish I'd known about that. It was several years ago so maybe that trout farm wasn't there then.
