They look pretty good to me, the last one I particularly like.

Not easy with the 70-200 is it, oh for a longer lens. I took mine to the Bournemouth Air Festival on Saturday, I think I'll look into hiring something longer next year.

Some nice one there.

I find, with this sort of photography, that the curves you've got from the smoke, leading to the sharp lines of the jets work well.

Ones where any part of any of the jets are obscured or where the smoke is straight, work less well

Can you get the rest of the smoke into the image for No3?

The last one is aesthetically very nice.

Unfortunately due to operator error I chopped off the smoke trails in no. 3 which I found disappointing. Another thing I should have done thinking about it, used a polarising filter to saturate the colours a bit more. We live and learn....

Great shots, I like them. Number 5 is the pick of the bunch for me though.
