Hello everyone,

I am a qualified teacher currently looking for work :( There are pretty much no jobs around where I live (oop norf) and I might have the opportunity to move to Coventry. I was just wondering if there are any teachers on the forum who know what the job situation is in the Midlands, Birmingham, Warwickshire area?? I have tried looking at the coucil websites but there seems to be very little about but I think it is the wrong time of year to be looking.

Also anyone know what Supply work is like in this area? lots to be had??

lol, yeah. I have been trolling through the TES for the past few days looking at the Job section and the forums. There are so many posts on there it takes a while to find what you are looking for!
 
I guess it also depends on what subject(s) you teach. There is a filter system on the job section, allowing you to filter by area, postcode and subject.
