Finally.. it seems like months, but is actually only week.. a clear night...

Using my Skymax 102 and QHY5v guide/planetary camera, I made a mosaic of the moon (at an eq fl of 11050mm)... 33 panes, 500 frames in each AVI, stacked in Registax and stitched in iMerge.

That was fun, I needed that :D

Hope you like it... It took more than five times as long to process as it did to capture...

Very nice.I really like it.I take quite a lot of moon pics,but not up to the standard of your photo.I have posted a few of mine on other moon threads on here.

Thanks all. Just need a bigger telescope now for even greater resolution ;)...

I forgot to mention the camera was mildly chugging along at about 40 frames per second.
