zipzooka, don't be so critical of yourself. That is a very atmospheric portrait. You could just fall in to those eyes. Good work.

I was at Twycross Zoo for a Beginners photography course last October, and this is one of my favorites from the day

The first lion portrait is superb Craig wonderful light
 
Lovely shots Craig. I agree the first one is great but my favourite is the tiger. Lovely colour saturation (y)

My favourites are BraveBoys lioness and Lez235's for the lighting - fantastic images. I also particulary like LCPete's meerkats - sooo cute:) Love Mark's (Like2Snap) first image too! A great pose, well captured:clap:

My contribution is this lioness and cub taken at Knowsley Safari Park. I loved the interaction between mother and child.

I just LOVE Like2snap's B&W Gorilla - the conversion really makes it stand out for me and adds to the image.

I have 2 favourites.

#1 - young cayman @ Hunstanton Sea Life Centre
