Looks like you had fun with electric and transform
Sometimes sitting in front of the PC and fiddling around with PP is incredibly therapeutic!
Electric : I think it's all been said already - Crazy and OTT but it put a great big on my face
Transform : It may be a bit cheesy, but sometimes there's nothing wrong with a bit of cheese and it looks like great fun to do (which is the important thing)
I think you've picked a perfect subject for it and applied the filters sensitively . . . it may not be photographic any more but for what it is I think you've pulled it off well.
Mobile : Where is Phil? I don't think I've seen his 52 for a while, but this instantly made me think of him too
And I also think you're being far too hard on yourself. I'm not a huge fan of street photography, but this is one of the best I've seen. This type of shot so often suffers from poor composition . . . the subject facing the wrong way, crowds getting into the shot and all sorts of other things. I think you've handled this really well. Helped by the fact that he was way up in the air away from the crowd, but you've caught him at just the right moment - batons mid throw, looking into the shot and just nicely framed all round. from me.
