Hi everyone,

Not sure if this is allowed but I've recently volunteered to help a charity and have been submitting some of my images to their flickr group....

I asked if they wanted to put some txt together and I would copy it to this forum as a way of helping them reach some more photographers.

Sounds like a good idea to me Jeff, but do you know exactly what it is they require from people? :shrug:

Erm...I just filled in a few forms to start with to register.

They mainly need photos of young people - you will find out more if you email Laura, people is nt really my thing, but if I take anything I think they might use I drop it in their flickr. I took one ages agao of a piggy bank with some £20's sticking out and that won their photo of the month - so I guess things like that might be useful to....

Have done some work for fund raisers and charities in the past. As I spent 3 years fund raising myself for our daughter, and was wowed by the amount of decent souls who were willing to help, I do like to give back when I can.
 
just a little bump for this, they may need someone to volunteer to take some photos of an event they are having late/mid July - will post up more details when I have them, but it's in London I believe and they can pay travel expense...
