What is this for?

Hello,
I have been given this "film" but I am not sure if it is a photographic product or an electronics one?
Anyone know what it is or how one would use it.
If it is for printed circuit boards as I suspect can it be used in a camera in some way?

It will be very slow and high contrast, similar to litho negatives. (Which I used to use for PCBs, when I ran a printing section)
