Where have my TABS gone?

I must have hit the wrong key or done some other stupid thing, I can't find my History, Action, Text or other TABS in CS4.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Window>Workspace>Essentials should reset?

You may have hit the tab key as this hides tool boxes etc.

Try alt+F9

From the menu along the top of CS4,, Window/ Check Actions and History

Wont be added to the tabs until you first run them as stated above - then you can click the double arrows to minimise back to your tabs.

In the Window>workspace you can save your workspace preset to stop this from happening again.
