Wide angle lens and filter rings

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a 'special' wide angle filter ring. I have just bought a 77mm wide angle and i have been looking at adapter rings, i have notice they are quite wide i was wondering if any one could tell me if there is something out there or if they fit fine etc.

Lee make a wide angle ring for the foundation kit.
I think cokin have a special wide angle adapter also with 2 slots.

Aye. Lee make a standard 77mm adaptor ring and a wide angle 77mm adaptor ring.

Morco list them as in stock.

I'm not sure if the Lee adaptor ring will fit in another filter holder though.

Lees adapters fit the Hitech holders I believe, and possibly the cokin Xpro, but dont quote me on that.

I have Kood stuff at the moment for another lens so i may have a look around for one of them.

A friend of mine uses the Cokin wide holder with this lens and there is no vignetting at all.
