Good shot, very nice use of DoF, although have to agree that it may have worked better in portrait orientation, but is still good as is.

Interesting you say that as I did consider it when I did the small amout of PP on it. However, the shot isn't cropped so to get a portrait version, it would need to be pretty much square unless I chop a fair chunk of the monkey off! Feel free to edit/post a portrait crop that you think works - I always like to see other people's take on images.
