£100 is pretty much my limit as I'm still new to video and learning the basics. I actually have an LCW Fader ND for my other lenses, but it won't fit the Tokina 11-16mm I recently bought and wouldn't be as effective on ultra wide angles from what I've read.

The HDR also looks a bit dark to me, but is actually pretty well done IMO and not overdone at all. Maybe crop out some of the beach below the statue as they don't really add anything and pull attention away from sky and clouds which I find more interesting.
