both my cameras are working fine with other lenses... got a bad feeling i may have to send for repair.. :(

attached my TS-E 24mm Lens to my camera today and the Aperture said 00, tried to take a picture but it came up ERR 01 and on the back it said there was a communication error and to clean the contacts, i have cleaned the contacts but no joy, any advice would be most helpful...
