Last Sunday the weather forecast looked promising for a sunset at Trebarwith Strand, I'd not been there for many years.
On the drive over, it was quite hazy and the cloud seemed to be bubbling up but so different once down on the beach. A joy to be out and enjoying a spectacular sunset.
Finally some clear skies and an opportunity to get out, a lovely warm evening and a calm sea lapping around the harbour below. What could be better.......
Getting a little stir crazy Due to the Lockdown and a dodgy hip, so some fresh air and gentle exercise at the local reservoir in the dark.
Milky Way core season is nearly on us so I wanted to refresh the skills of astrophotography.
This one is a single exposure looking up towards Ursa Major...
Sounds a very interesting club Dave, very much what I would want from a club, being able to learn and extend & share knowledge. Sadly a bit too far from Cornwall or North Devon where I'm relocating to :-(
A decided chill in the stiff breeze this morning on top of Sharpitor. A real feel of autumn.
Managed to find some shelter from the wind and got this 10 minutes before the sunrise
