I've taken a few snaps on the point and shoot of the pleasing recurring patterns through the colander. I'm not expecting much especially as the P&S focal length is fairly long. Possibly ok-ish on a crop, but will be a while before the C41 is used up.

I was worried about my films going through CT scanners a couple of weeks ago. Both Gatwick and Bergen hand checked them without issue. I did present them as @FishyFish describes. The problem getting them processed abroad maybe the same as here in that 1hr/next day processing isn't on every high...

I understand. I'm 55 and avoid any motorway wherever possible on my motorbike. I have a car too so that would have been my conveyance to the meet up if I wasn't in Norway.

Just cleared Gatwick South security. Film hand checked without issue.

I'm off to Norway via Gatwick in 5 days. I'm going to ask them to hand check my film (35mm, 120 plus Minox & 16mm). I will put it all in a clear plastic bag minus 35mm plastic tubs. None of the film will be above 400 ISO and imagine it will be hellishly busy what with the passport/ESS checks...

Hope you get them back. I'll have to chase AW as I haven't had my negs back yet.

Thanks, the E6 will be mounted for projection with scanning being secondary. If my lab still does it I will get them to do a set of prints as well.
