Merthyr Tydfil. Going to Bike Park Wales so not really sure what there is nearby, I will have to look into it over the weekend. Will be stopping of at the Forest of Dean on the way so maybe some options there too.
Thanks Rick.
This is still my most recent video, not had a chance to get out at all over winter, but off to Wales in a couple of weeks so will hopefully have some opportunities there.
The mild weather has my garden going a bit crazy for such an early point of the year.
Yesterday I cut the grass for the first time as it was already 6" long, and re-seeded some bald patches, most of the bedding plants are already flowering, I have a Mediterranean fruit tree that has been...
I recently upgraded to the rtx 3060ti to use with DR as my previous card was not up to the job.
From the research I did before hand I learnt that DR benefits from as much graphics ram as you can afford, so I was also looking at the 4060 16GB card, but it turns out it uses an old standard and is...
I am sure there is a combination of factors, but I imagine the most prevalent would be
Lack of GP's / long waiting times for A&E
And a rise in the "we have had enough of experts" mentality / growing belief in conspiracies
This is my latest from a couple of weeks back. Headed up to Brick Lane for a bowling session with some work colleagues and arrived early, which gave me some time for this.
Probably not to everyone's tastes. Trying for a gritty feel to this one and there is no shortage of things I can see...
You need to know what sort of authorisation zone you are in. Check drone assist to see if you are in a red zone, i.e. if you are near to an airport. Or if it is just a dji zone that doesn't carry any weight.
If it is the former you can be opening yourself up to a hefty fine if you don't get...
Thanks Graham.
Believe it or not, but the white balance was OK, but I was playing a bit with colour grading. Obviously the first image is quite heavily colour graded and I was doing something similar to the skyline with view to maintain some consistency, but I am not sure that I really like it...
Thanks Jak,
Yes, that one is around 18 images I think. It was a bit too windy really so could only get away with 1 second exposures and with that I was still going through and culling blurred shots where wind gusts had moved the drone around a bit, so the light trails look a bit choppy.
Was out and about round the Brick Lane area last week and got this overlooking Commercial Street, near to the Truman brewery.

And of course the obligatory looking back at the city shot, taken from directly above Brick Lane.

I was a bit disappointed at first. I use the M3P and have no experience of any others so can't compare, but coming from photography background having used canon DSLRs almost exclusively with L glass, and then moving on to Fuji mirrorless did at first find the drop in image quality a little...
