The Innovatronix Explorer seem to get good reviews, although I haven't tried them myself.

How about using a lastolite hilite? Although pushing it, you could light it with one speedlight, plus you need a strobe head/speedlight + reflector to light subject. If you will use it once in a blue moon, then it might be cheaper to go to a studio!
