No idea whats happened here

It had been a very misty day so i decided to make a visit as i thought it would add a fair bit of atmosphere to the shot i wanted. However when i got there the mist had cleared and it was raining hard, not what i wanted, but there again not all bad, as i ended up with this instead.

Does anybody have an answer to this issue/problem. I have a fuji XT4 with a smallrig L bracket fitted, the one that extends the grip side of the camera as well, and i like it, Plus it fits perfectly. Having seen and handled a Gitzo GH2750Series 2 off centre ball head I would like one. The...
