    Where to process Provia?

Hello film peeps, I dusted off the slr and rattled of a roll of Provia this evening after a couple years shooting digital. I wondered which is a reliable lab to send it too for development nowadays please? I vaguely remember settling on AG Photographic's lab or possibly The Darkroom a few years...

Best places to get 35mm film ?

I believe PhotoUk are the rebranded Fujifilm shop, service was ok and in stock items dispatched fairly quickly in the past.

    Provia or Velvia

Well, Velvia 100 has higher contrast, saturation, and less shadow and highlight detail over Provia 100F. Velvia 100 seems to enhance red and magenta more so than any other Fuji slide film, and is not really a film which I've ever accepted compared to RVP 50. I find Provia neutral perhaps varying...

    Film Developing in the UK

I received a E6 order back from The Darkroom UK Ltd last week. I was very impressed with the fast turnaround and quality of developing was fine. Just noticed a few drying marks and residue on a few frames after having a closer look, the sleeves and return packaging could be better. Overall a...

    The Darkroom UK

Thank you for the feedback. I sent away a film for processing, sent on Wednesday afternoon back with me on Friday morning which was excellent fast turnaround service. The film was handled well enough with no scratches but a few drying marks and residue evident on a few frames. Just a shame my...

    The Darkroom UK

Hello, May I please ask, if anyone has any recent experience of the E6 processing service the Darkroom UK Ltd are offering. After having a quick search through google, finding a dip and dunk lab which is reasonably priced - is harder than I thought to come by today. Thank you.

    Any tips for cleaning slides?

A little dab of Ronsonol lighter fluid was what we used in the lab years ago to clean both emulsion and base sides of reversal film with cotton buds.

    AG Photolab E6 processing

Hello, May I please ask for any feedback on AG's E6 processing. I have decided to take my custom elsewhere from my current lab, and have a good idea about the various other options across the country. AG is one I have noticed and gather it's Peter Gaffney in charge of the E6 line, whom I used...

    Question about lab developing

I've been very happy with the C41 and E6 film processing from Peak Imaging in the past.
