Took these a few weeks back at The Festival Of The Sea at Barrow In Furness. Managed to get a few pics early in the day before the ship was covered in visitors.
Any tips on how to improve welcomed.
I know Roger Hornsby who was part of Slick Tricks & is still working today as Slick One. Roarin Rat was another one that Roger & his team built - I believe thats also been restored. Found the build thread on Rods n Sods last night but only got some of the way through. Thanks for the pics.
Hi all
I have a Nikon D40x with 18-55 kit lens, Nikon 55-200 (not VR) & Tamron 70-300 Im looking to replace the first two lenses with an 18-200. Does anyone have any experience of the Sigma or Tamron lenses ? The Nikon lens is much dearer but is it much better ?
Any help or experience with...
This is my first post here - its not technically brilliant but im sure there are many people on here that will find it an interesting subject.
Its HMS Astute leaving Barrow In Furness to begin its sea trials, shame it was flanked by the tugs but still an impressive sight.
