    Seven Sisters, Sunderland

Well spotted Robert, originally there was seven but if my memory serves me right one was struck by lightning (not 100% sure on that). It's older than Stonehenge, see http://copthillonline.weebly.com/ if interested.

    Seven Sisters, Sunderland

This is the first image I have posted so hope that I have done it right. Sunset at Copt Hill Sunset at Copt Hill 2 I pass here everynight on my way home from work, currently the sun has set but it won't be long before I time it just right.

    Seven Sisters, Sunderland

Nice shot and a different view, every time I've photographed the Seven Sisters it always from above, mind you its been with the sun setting in the background. One day I will walk to to it, that way approaching from the bottom of the hill and photograph it like you have.

A few Landscape from around France

Some nice shots there Bob, the waterfalls you could try using ND filters. I sail this Sunday to Cherborg for 3 weeks driving to Bilboa in Spain. So looking forward to seeing some of the sights you've photographed.

    Cardhu.

Hi Colin I'm looking at your photo while nursing a 16yr Tomintoul, brought it back from Speyside whisky festival back in May. We visited Strathilsa, Macallan, Glenlivet distilleries and while touring Skye stopped off at Talisker. I also photograph mine before opening but feel that when opening...

Canon 24-105L Zoom creep, do they all do it?

A mate of mine has a few Canon lenses that creep, I can't afford such luxury. His solution similar to john-no above is charity wrist bands, only £1 and you are help a charity too.

    Sunset With My Boy

I think in a few weeks I will be able to get home drop the wife off and get back in time for the sunsetting, if I tried now she would just bleat on and on. In fact I would probably have to walk home as she would be bored sitting in the car alone, at least my tea might be made for when I got in...

    Sunset With My Boy

Nice shot Danny, my plan was to go there tonight on my way home from work, with all the rush this morning I forgot to pick up my camera. I thought last night's sunset was better.

    Seven Sisters Sunset (Another Added)

Hi Danny, the last time I stopped there on my way home from work I got my camera and tripod set up, while i waited for the right shot a family passed me and walked straight through the middle of the trees. Probably my best shot of the Seven Sisters. Many years ago Eppleton Primary School planted...

    EOS Utility

Hi Robin I shoot on 2 Canon 60D's and they both synchronised file numbers as I was shooting a wedding, as Caleb said use two files but sometime you will want/need to combine then, you are given the option to overwrite or use unique names. It's confusing when you see all images in a file with...
