There is not much point, but if one camera brand does it, then the others have to follow. Printing is one area where it would make a difference, as generally you print at 300dpi (e.g. an image 3,000 pixels wide would be 10" wide printed), but even then you can print at a slightly lower...

It is really on Ricoh and Fuji in that segment - and the X100 range are. bigger than the GR range. If you can actually get hold of one, Fuji's UK service centre are great if you do have any problems with it though.

Bang in the middle matches what my calibration device thing recommended, so that is what I use.

What is the fastest speed the camera will work at? If the camera is the bottleneck, there's no point putting a faster card in. Have you got a faster card that you can test with?

Profile says Z6. Personally I think it is good to have both a versatile standard zoom, and a fast prime. So I would got for the 24-70.

There are ways around the foliage "issues", the main one being not to pixel peep. But turning down the amount of input sharpening in Lightroom helps.

UV filter will not make any difference to the issue that you are trying to fix.

30mm is a fair bit different, but it depends on how you want to use it, I don't think anything bigger than an X100 will fit in my coat pocket etc. The AF performance isn't that bad - I mostly use my X100V to take photos of my boys: Riding the skinny by Lewis Craik, on Flickr No, the X-H2S is...

It might help to put your options on camerasize.com, as although you will have a retro styled camera with the same sort of images achievable, it will be much bigger than an X100VI.

Not sure, but have a look at Thunderbird if you want an open source email client.

Thanks, I don't have one for the X100V, it isn't really a tripod sort of camera.
