Some serious kit there! Loving the set up. Just a couple of things, do you have to duck when you walk in and out of the door - or does fan move easily? And I assume you have some good locks and/ or and alarm to protect all that lot? Really must get myself back on Zwift, managed a 2x20 min...

Nice pair of bikes there Roy, particularly like the look of the Boardman hybrid, the black and red combo is excellent in my opinion. I have just purchased a 'geared' Boardman road bike after just having a single speed (Specialized Langster) for some time. Looking forward to getting some miles...

Just a heads up that Wiggle have Vortex Smart for £244 (pretty sure Evans price match)

Just make sure you computer meets the minimum spec for Zwift, think it is a minimum of 4GB memory. My macbook air didn't meet required spec, but happily I have since treated myself to a new laptop so am now signed up to Zwift. I only have a basic trainer at the moment (not Smart), but have...

Impressive mileage Mark under the circumstances. Total distance showing as 5,471km on that Veloviewer summary screen though!?

As has been said, the 810 seems prone to crashing and losing data, which was another reason I chose the 520. I am also an avid follower of DC Rainmaker and he seemed to confirm that there would not be an 820.

I have the 520 (with HRM @ Cadence), when I was buying it I also considered the 810. Ultimately I chose the 520 for a number of reasons. It is a lot smaller than the 810 (which is pretty massive!) and I figured I would rarely use the navigation features of the 810 (as mainly ride familiar...

Something to bear in mind, the 810 on Amazon comes with the older GSC10 cadence sensor, where as the 520 comes with the new style speed and cadence sensors (much better and can be fitted/ moved to different bike in seconds). Other than that, unless you particularly want navigation then go for...

I was referring to the Satori Smart, pretty sure it only has manual resistance adjustment. It can broadcast power/ speed & cadence to Zwift only.

Wiggle now have 520 down to £177 unit only 26% off, or £220 with HR & CAD 27% off! Awesome prices. :)

Correct me if i am wrong, but pretty sure that the Tacx Satori will only communicate with phone/ pc, you will not be able to control resistance with them.

If you are after a Garmin, you won't go far wrong with the 520 which is already 21% off at the moment at Wiggle (£189.99 for unit only or £239.99 with HRM/ speed/ cadence). Superb bit of kit.

Zwift looks pretty decent, tried to download it for a free trial, but unfortunately my Macbook Air doesn't meet the minimum spec required. Shame! :(

    Renewing passports online. WTF???

Have to dis-agree about check and send, when I used it they said my photo would be rejected as didn't conform to their checker, I explained I used a machine specifically for passport photo's. After agreeing to disagree, I told them to forget the check and send. Posted it off myself and about a...
