Just upgraded from a 550d to a 7D mk1 on Saturday. Haven’t given it a heap of use yet but I am loving the ease of control in manual compared to an entry body.
I have recently upgraded my 550D for a 7D mk1 and I am very happy with the upgrade.
My current lens set up is a canon 15-85mm USM and a 35mm F2.
I would like to start taking a few more wildlife photographs, birds mostly but I also have a trip to the Northern Territory soon and would like to...
Thanks for the replies, I have found myself a solution.
I have finally got the Sony app working this in turn creates its own album on my phone and all the transferred photos will be stored there. Once I get home hopefully with my SD cards still intact I can then just delete everything out of...
hi has anyone got a recommendation for a travel adaptation with multiple USB outlets with a decent power output on each port?
There seem to be a few around but I’m concerned about things not charging overnight if the output isn’t up to it.
I was hoping to keep them seperate if possible. I don’t really want to dump them in to my icloud until they have been edited.
I did think about about turning off iCloud but then it wouldn’t back up any photos I took with the phone.
I migrated a few years ago and this will be my first trip back...
I just got a 256GB iPhone and was wondering if theres anyway to backup photos from the SD card dongle without adding them to my iCloud library. I would like to do this just incase anything happened to my SD cards.
I dont want to add them to my iCloud as I won't have great wifi and I would...
Yeah I can see that. I need to get used to the time delay from turning on to being good to go as well. I found that frustrating but nothing time won't fix I'm sure.
I took the camera out last night to Sydney Vivid light festival. It was a date night and the place was totally swamped so I never got chance to do anything fancy but I did notice the battery dropped much faster than what I'm used to on my DSLR. Not that I wasn't expecting it or that its a...
I picked up an A6000 with 16-50mm kit lens for $750Au (after $100 cash back from Sony) I could have spent more but I think for my needs and my ability this will be enough. Plus I have plenty of money left to buy some more glass if I want.
I have also kept my DSLR setup as the return from selling...
I got a 10.5 on Tuesday upgrading from a mini retina (before it was rebranded Mini 2) it's a great device really impressed with the pencil also. Sure it's expensive for a stylus but I'm impressed all the same.
Does anyone know a way that I can have all my albums from photos in my mac sync to my...
Thanks for the advice everyone. I've read a few reviews and I'm going to get a few in hand tonight.
Probably leaning towards an A6000 I think it will be enough for my needs to be honest. I'm not going to sell my DSLR so I will still have options.
Well I've moved down under since I first joined this forum so conversions might not be correct but I would say up to £900 preferably less though.
The budget isn't fixed though I could go over if it was worth while to do so.
I'm never going to be a great photographer I mostly like taking good...
Its a long time since I've been on here but I'm looking for some advice on a mirror less setup.
I currently have a 550D normally paired with a 15-85mm lens but I'm in the market for something a little more compact and lighter. I mainly use it when travelling but find sometimes it's a bit of a...
