Here are a few shots I've taken at a local conservation site. All shots were taken using my 7d with a 70-200mm L series f/4
Shots were edited using a free app on my iPad called snapseed.
It's not the best editor very simple but very good for quick editing.
I did this with my 70-200 l series I went for the f/4 as I use it in the day mainly as I shoot surf so it's ideal for what I needed it for. I would like a 2.8 but it was a little out of my price range but given the option bigger aperture every time.
I would always aim for a bigger aperture. If you can get a decent price for the 2.8 it's always going to be better. Plus the less artificial light and use of iso you can get away with the better your pictures are going to be. Just remember glass tends to hold its price as well. As long as you...
