Guys, I've just had my 2010 London Marathon place confirmed by Oxfam; a great organisation that works hard to find lasting solutions to global poverty and injustice.
Although the event isn't for another 8 months, I'd like to reach an ambitious target of £2000 before Christmas; any donations...
In that case, my camera is normally set to the 'One Shot' mode; the focus point highlights/beeps have just stopped functioning. I'm doubtful I've accidentally switched to 'AI' mode; but out of interest, any idea's how I can check??
I didn't mess with any settings (as far as I am aware); the function just automatically stopped working. It's strange, because it only does this in the manual modes.
What do you mean by 'AI Servo' mode? And how do I go about checking??
Thanks guys.
Hi guys.
I've been using my Canon 400D today, and for the majority of the time it's been fine. But... it later stopped functioning as normal; using the manual modes, the the red focus lights (through the view finder) no longer appear and the 'beep' confirmation doesn't sound either - CAN...
Out of interest, which of the Creative Commons licenses do you guys use for your images? And, I've noticed some images automatically create a 'spaceball.gif' file for anything saved - which of the licenses offer this protection?
I was curious about exactly what sectors different types of photography come under - for example 'commercial' . It seems different websites quote different meanings. I'm working on some website content and just want to get this right.
Thanks in advance.
