Good tip. I used to 'machine gun' action shots, but now I am much more selective and try the slower shutter speeds and think about them. Its a learning curve.

A nice selection of shots and I particularly like #3 and #5. I too tried shooting through the international grandstand and failed miserably. I am not sure if I need a longer lens than my Canon 70-200 F4 IS or to use different settings?? This is the best shot from that location...

Thank you for the comments. I was 'playing' with settings and trying something new to see how it came out, But I do agree that some of the shots are a little on the soft focus side. I know what I did, so in theory, I should know how to resolve it :D
