I uploaded some of my shots to Photobox the other week, to have a desk calendar made. They (the thumbnails) do look crap when uploaded, but the final result is absolutely fine. Photobox really aren't doing themselves any favours, I can see how the low-res thumbnails can put people off.

Lovely lens, I've got one, Besides a little CA that can easily be sorted in post, it's mighty fine.

Not that I'll ever have the opportunity take a great shot like this, but it's really interesting to know the setup, thanks!

Okay, hope this counts as constructive c&c:- #1 Doesn't really do much for me. Too much sky, not enough house, or width. #2 Not too bad, shame about the guys hand coming in from the right #3 Creative shot, would have liked it framed slightly more to the right to get the groom in frame #4 My god...

Pretty much agree with all the comments above, so no more to add to them. Absolutely adore #3.

I recently purchased the Think Tank Citywalker, which I think will be the last bag I buy.

I've got a Sunwayfoto L-bracket coupled with one of their heads, albeit for Canon, and they work just great and a darn sight cheaper than better-known brands.

It's good to see the likes of Samyang and Yongnuo releasing some cheaper alternatives to the Canikon lens line-up. It'll certainly stir the market up a bit, I'm sure.

Yes to both questions. Regarding SSDs, they are still too expensive for me and still not available at the capacities I'd be interested in.

Not had to buy a desktop hard drive for years, but always sworn by Western Digital, usually the Black models, not the green/blue. But my info might be out of date.
