Next time your in Brum, I would recommend visiting Digbeth and the custard factory. Lots of street art round those areas, but some nice photos you have taken @justpix
Thanks @EightBitTony , I had to crop the original image as there is really bright light top left, I thought using B&W might give it a more raw feel, but looking at in colour. I think it might of been better in colour.
Thanks guys, unfortunately I was judging that night so couldn't really get round the ring to take a better shots. I was really looking more for street photo type of shot rather than say sports one if that makes sense.
I took these while reffing a charity boxing match. The first one has been picked up by Panasonic to use on their website.
Taken with Lumix GX800 using fixed focal length lens (LUMIX G 25mm / F1.7 ASPH)
Cheers for the pointers, I was testing out my default lens on my camera. So trying various angles. I did think about getting closer to the begger(he isn't homeless) but he can be a bit funny some days.
Cropped the 1st image. See your point :)
Took my Lumix GX800 with me this lunch for a quick stroll round the 5 Ways area of Brum. Think the photos came out well.

Course might be the wrong word. Talks maybe?
Beginners' Masterclass one, only cost £10 each. Me and the wife recently upgraded to big boy cameras (Nikon D3400 for the wife and Lumix GX800 for me) and for the cost we might learn something that we might find very useful...
Lucky for me, I can either drive or hop on a train as its relatively local to me. I'm going on Saturday and me and my wife are doing one of courses there.
Thats a really cracking photo. I really like how the by making it B&W, you make it look like a beautiful building and also ominous at the same time.
Something I would expect to see from classic horror film.
Funny story about that bridge, I banged my head while cycling under that bridge forgetting my helmet gave me a bit extra height.
Thankful those barriers are there cause I would got very wet that day.
Great shot though.
Thank you, surprisingly it was a bright day(for the UK) just the area is built up with tall office blocks.
I took the photos using my Sony mobile phone and just converted the photos to B&W using Sony's own editor on the phone.
First photos I've taken that I don't feel embarrassed to final put...
